Digital delivery

Licenses and downloads are delivered instantly. The moment your order is confirmed you'll get a receipt by email, and everything you bought is available in your orders — no shipping required.

Physical goods

Physical items ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. You enter your shipping address at checkout, and it's saved on your order.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Digital-only orders are always free to deliver. We'll show the exact total before you pay — no surprises at the end.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with any tracking details, and the status updates in your orders (pending → paid → shipped).
