Digital products & licenses

Because digital goods (downloads, licenses, source access) are delivered instantly and can't be returned, sales are final once access is granted. If something is broken or not as described, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — a fix, a replacement, or a refund.

Physical goods

Physical items (like the Founder Tee) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Start a return from your orders or by replying to your order confirmation email.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when the refund is issued. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost, including return shipping.
